REVITALIS Financing of Project Development of Westside Towers Frankfurt

The Company

REVITALIS Real Estate GmbH develops and revitalises sophisticated, large-volume real estate projects throughout Germany. In particular, the company develops sophisticated real estate projects with long-term horizons in partnership for utility plants, insurance companies, pension funds, investment funds, asset managers, family offices and foundations. The services of REVITALIS range from project planning to the purchase of properties and the revitalisation of existing properties, as well as the creation of building rights to the leasing and sale of the developed projects.

The Transaction

Revitalis Real Estate AG as project developer and Vivum GmbH as capital partner will construct a 19-storey residential building with approx. 230 residential units and approx. 900 sqm of commercial space in Frankfurt by 2015 (project "Westside Towers") - the project volume is approx. EUR 65 million. ARGONAS advised Revitalis Real Estate AG on the identification of a suitable capital partner and on the implementation of the financing agreements.

Scope of Mandate

ARGONAS acted as the company's exclusive financial advisor and has fully advised and supported the company in all aspects of the preparation and implementation of the process.

Sebastian Bauch is Managing Director at ARGONAS und has more than 15 years of experience in Corporate Finance Advisory und Consulting. 

At ARGONAS, Sebastian leads M&A and financing projects across a broad spectrum of industries, sectors and company situations. Sebastian’s focus areas are the sectors Software / Technology, Healthcare and Retail / E-Commerce as well as the support of growth businesses. 

Selected transaction references comprise inter alia the sale of Nissen & Velten Software to Main Capital as well as the buyout financing of Italpresse for Auctus Capital Partners. 

Prior to co-founding ARGONAS, Sebastian worked for IEG – Investment Banking in Berlin between 2006 and 2011, where he advised midmarket companies as well as multinational corporations on midmarket M&A transactions in Germany, Eastern Europe, Turkey and India. Sebastian previously also worked at BearingPoint in Frankfurt and KPMG in Hanover. 

Sebastian holds a degree in business administration from Humboldt-University Berlin.
